This was a new construction project located within the high velocity hurricane zone in Dade County, Florida. Claddtech Enginering provided the load bearing cold formed steel framing for the window and vision screen systems on the upper levels as well as provided all lateral support for the curtain wall system on the lower levels of this building. In addition to the cold formed steel framing Claddtech designed the aluminum composite material rainscreen panel system that composes the majority of the buildings skin. Coordination between multiple trades and the design team was crititcal to the success of this project.
